Processing scale: 1200 mm tires 2 tons per hour, 900 mm tires more than 3 tons per hour;Total power: 360KW, power factor: 0.8;
Request of finished product: Disposal of used tires to 1-6 mm granules, dust collection of fibers, steel wires, etc.;
Request of working site: Length: 100M, Width: 40M, Height: 5.5M;
Electronic control system: Adopt touch screen, monitoring station;
Dust removal process: This project uses a high efficiency pulse dust collection system;
Sound-proof of equipment: No special requirements.
