Applicaion of Waste Copper Cable Wire Recycling Machine

Working Principle of Scrap Copper Cable Wire Granulator and Separator

Firstly, cable wires are shredded into a length of about 3cm by cable shredder, and then be secondary crushed by a two-stage fine crusher, and finally, then sorted by high-precision airflow to obtain plastic and copper.

Due to the different densities of plastic and copper, under the airflow wind, when plastic and copper go through the deflection produced by the amplitude movement on the screen surface with a certain angle, the dense copper wire moves against the screen surface to the copper outlet, while the plastic with low density moves to the plastic outlet, so as to separate the copper and plastic. The clean rate of separation is proportional to the diameter of a single copper wire, the thicker the single copper wire is, the higher clean rate of separation from the plastic, and the greater the output per unit time.
