Eddy Current Sorting Machine
Eddy current sorting machine is mainly used for from industrial waste. Working Principle
Eddy current sorting machine in the work, in the sorting magnetic roller surface to produce high-frequency alternating strong magnetic field, when there is a conductive non-ferrous metal through the magnetic field, will be induced in the non-ferrous metal eddy current, the eddy current itself will produce the opposite direction of the original magnetic field, non-ferrous metal (such as copper, aluminum, etc.) will be due to the repulsive force of the magnetic field and along the direction of its transport leap forward, to achieve separation from other non-metallic substances, to achieve the purpose of sorting; its main differentiation criteria is the ratio of material conductivity and density value, the ratio of high value than the ratio of low material easier to separate.
