1. The machine hammer is installed incorrectly.When the hammer is changed into a U-turn, in order to prevent the weight of the rotor from being out of balance, all the hammers in the crusher must be turned around in the same direction, otherwise strong vibration will occur during operation.

2. The shredder corresponds to the difference in weight between the two sets of blades.The method of elimination is to adjust the weight so that the difference between the two groups of weights is less than 5 grams.

3. The weight of other parts on the rotor is not balanced, so you need to check the adjustment balance separately.

4. The individual blades of the shredder were stuck too tightly and did not open during operation. After stopping, you can turn it by hand and find a way to make the hammer rotate flexibly.

5. The spindle is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace directly.

6. Bearing clearance exceeds limit or damage. It is generally necessary to replace the new bearing to solve the problem.

7. The bottom corner fixing nut is not fixed tight or loose during operation. The solution is to tighten.
