At work, we need to keep in mind and follow the shredder's operating precautions for safe production.

The specific operation points are as follows:
1. The shredder should be fixed on the cement foundation.If the work location is changed frequently, the garbage shredder and the motor should be installed on the base made of angle iron.
If the shredder is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the diesel engine should be slightly greater than the power of the shredder and the pulley grooves of both should be the same.

2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the link bolts of each part of the metal shredder unit are tight, whether the tension of the transmission belt is appropriate, whether the power line is good, and whether the motor shaft is parallel.

3. Check if the hammer is good and the hole diameter of the screen is appropriate and there is no damage. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotation is flexible, with or without card, bump and friction.

4. After powering on, let the device idle for 2-3 minutes to check if the rotor is turning correctly and the sound is normal. It can only work if it is rotated smoothly at the rated speed.

5. Always pay attention to the operation of the shredder, the feeding should be even to prevent the feed port from being blocked, and do not overload the machine for a long time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and external spraying are found, stop the machine immediately and continue working after troubleshooting.

6. When the machine is running, the operator must not leave the unit, nor disassemble the machine during operation to observe the working condition in the crushing chamber. The maintenance tools must not be placed on the machine.

7. When clogging occurs, it is strictly forbidden to reach into the hopper. When feeding, it should stand on the side of the shredder to prevent rebound debris from injuring the face.

8. Do not stop immediately after the work is finished. It should be idle for 2-3 minutes to allow all the materials in the machine to be discharged. Cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out after shutdown.

9. The shredder hammer is the main wearing part. After the wear, whether the same angle is changed or the angle is changed, the whole set of hammers should be exchanged at the same time. The screen is also a wearing part. If some of the screen is damaged, it can be riveted. If it is badly damaged, it needs to be replaced with a new one.

10. After the shredder has been in operation for 300 hours, the bearings are cleaned and the oil is changed. The belt should be removed when the machine is stopped for a long time.
