A hydraulic maintenance device is provided on the biaxial shredder device, and the high pressure oil is driven into the hydraulic cylinder by the hydraulic pump to axially displace the piston.

The front joint of the piston rod is placed on the bearing housing to meet the production pressure request.

If the twin-shaft shredder encounters too much feed or blockage, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod will be overloaded due to pressure, the hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator will buffer the pressure change, and the overflow valve will open the oil.

The displacement of the piston rod increases the gap of the pressure roller to make the hard object recover through the pressure roller system, and can maintain the pressure roller without damage.

Therefore, the hydraulic maintenance device plays a very important role in the twin-shaft shredder.
