Motor stators recycling plant is used for crushing and separating scrap electric motor stators, then recycling copper and iron.

It has high efficiency in stripping copper pipes and aluminum foil and ensures the blocks and granules of metals, no powder.

This production-line adopt the physical method to recycle the scrap motors, crushing the motor stators and rotor by the vertical hammer crusher, multi-layer multi-hammer head crushing and grinding, high efficiency no jamming, double times magnetic separator machine to get iron out which purity can reach 98%.

Then adopt screw reamer crusher cutting the material into around 3.5mm, by air separator system for soft light waste collection, then by gravity separator process and vibration system for copper and plastic separation.
