Old motor rotor shredders can be roughly divided into two types according to their working principle:

The pinion rotates freely on its own small shaft. The long and chaotic metal chips enter the machine from the top, and the gears on the high-speed rotating steel plate are twisted and twisted into small pieces, which are removed by the bottom screen.

The size of the mesh can be selected based on the size of the broken particles required by the metal shavings.
