Vulcanization is carried out in a flat vulcanizer. We use steam heating to adjust the temperature to 150 ℃ and the pressure to 1 MPa to send the film into the vulcanizer, and then turn on the vulcanizer for vulcanization. The pressing time is 5 minutes, and the vulcanization can be completed. The length of each vulcanizable rubber plate is 6 meters. After completion, the rubber plate is fed inside and vulcanized again. The press forming part of the vulcanizer can be pruned. Use a long ruler to straighten the film, and then use a cutter to cut off the parts with uneven edges and corners to make the film more orderly.
