The tire recycling plant consists of a biaxial tire shredder, a returning system, a crusher, a wire separator, a vibrating screen, a sorting machine, a central dust removal system, and an electric control box system.
Pre-crushed, the twin-shaft tyre shredder features low speed and high torque to pre-shred the used tires into 50-300mm pieces without removing the tire rim.
Returning system: The feeding system consists of a conveyor belt and a disc sorting machine. After being processed by the shredder, the chips are sent to the disc sorting machine. The appropriate size pieces are screened and transported to the wire separator for further processing. The oversized pieces will be transported back to the shredder for reprocessing. Secondary crushing: The wire separator is equipped with a serrated blade shaft, which has a strong ability to shred and further shred the tire and separate the wire.
Wire separation: The wire treated by the wire separator is completely separated from the tire rubber. The steel wire is removed from the rubber by a traversing magnetic separator. The high-strength magnetic force is combined with the wear-resistant material belt to separate the steel wire from the rubber to achieve a nearly perfect effect.
