Crusher crushing: The crusher is equipped with a unique design to the knife roll, which is conducive to further crushing of the tire rubber. The open design facilitates machine cooling and reduces dust. The size of the rubber can be controlled by changing the screen.
Rubber size sorting: The vibrating screen can screen rubber mirrors of different sizes, and the larger rubber particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. The rubber of the appropriate size is screened by vibration, and the larger-sized rubber particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. A suitable size of rubber is passed through a vibrating screen to a Z-type separator to separate a portion of the fibers.
Separating fiber: The Z-type sorting machine can separate the fiber material into the proud particles. A magnetic separation cylinder is arranged under the Z sorting machine to separate the residual steel wire to ensure the purity of the rubber particles. The system is connected to a pulse device that simultaneously removes dust during the sorting process.
Central dust removal device: The central dust removal device collects dust and fibers generated during the tire wire breaking process through the air pipe.
Electric control cabinet: The electric control cabinet is equipped to realize the automation of tire line operation, and the touch screen operation makes the whole tire recycling plant programming, maintenance and overhaul convenient.
