1. Waste shredder machine national standard for vibration acceleration (commonly known as Z standard)
The standard was established earlier to measure the vibration acceleration value of the bearing of the waste shredder machine to determine the quality level of the bearing of the waste shredder machine, which is divided into three quality grades: Z1, Z2 and Z3 from low to high. At present, domestic bearing manufacturers are still using the vibration acceleration value to measure the bearing's advantages and disadvantages, and simply reflect the bearing fatigue life.
2. Vibration speed standard (commonly known as V standard)
Since the original vibration acceleration standard has not been abolished, the standard is based on the standards issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It is based on the European standards combined with the actual situation and needs of China to detect the bearing quality of the bearing shredder machine. (Equivalent to national standards). It is divided into five quality grades: V, V1, V2, V3 and V4.
