Waste tire crushing pretreatment process:
After the waste tire passes the tire wire drawing machine, the thicker steel wires on both sides of the hub are extracted, and then the wire-drawn tire is conveyed into the tire recycling machine crushing silo through a heavy metal chain conveyor. The working principle of high speed and high torque is to crush and cut the tire into pieces. The outer side of the tire shredder equipment is designed to be surrounded by a ring roller screen. The tire rubber block cut into small pieces falls on the drum screen, and the rubber pieces smaller than the screen mesh diameter are dropped on the output tire recycling machine for the next process. The rubber blocks larger than the screen mesh diameter are returned to the crushed material. The silo undergoes secondary crushing. The crushed rubber block is discharged from the discharge belt conveyor, and the final output directly enters the cracking and refining equipment.
Waste tire pyrolysis process:
After the used tires are broken, they are sent to a cracking furnace for catalytic heating, so that they are cracked into cracked gas, cracked distillate, and reacted to produce carbon black. Further fractionation of the cracked distillate yields gasoline, diesel and heavy oil. The solid waste generated in this process is carbon black, which will reach the standard of industrial raw materials after processing. The exhaust gas is a non-condensable combustible gas. Through recycling and full combustion, it will provide heat for the entire production process and can generate electricity, which not only eliminates exhaust gas pollution, but also saves a lot of fuel. The entire cracking process is performed in a closed environment to minimize the leakage of pollutants.
