It is reported that the main project of the Zhongyuan District Domestic Waste Sorting Center has been basically completed, and it is planned to start trial operation on December 1. The Zhongyuan District Garbage Sorting Center has a total of six functional areas: a kitchen waste treatment workshop, a large-scale waste, garden waste and waste textile workshop, a recyclable temporary storage room, a toxic and hazardous waste temporary storage room, a sewage treatment station, Preach the base.
In the large-scale waste spinning and garbage treatment workshop of the garden, the Yuxi large-size (garden) shredder machine and production lines for waste textiles are being debugged. Large pieces of waste such as waste sofas, mattresses, tables and chairs, and cabinets are crushed, magnetically separated, and packaged for external transportation to achieve volume reduction and fragmentation of large pieces of garden waste and waste textiles, and centralized recycling.

The waste textile production line is mainly composed of feeding and discharging conveying equipment, intelligent biaxial shearing shredder machine, and professional dust reduction device. The Yuxi biaxial shearing shredder machine shreds, cuts, and squeezes waste textiles with no recycling value to a smaller size. The crushed materials are compressed and packed by a horizontal baler. The production line is also equipped with a professional intelligent dust reduction system, which controls all dust production points, saving energy and protecting the environment.
