The blade of car shredder has three types: ordinary machining, multi-knife structure and spiral surface structure.

When we feed to the feeding port, we need to check whether the scrapped material needs scrap metal or other hard materials. If so, it should be cleaned to avoid chipping of the shredder blade during shredding.

Before starting, check whether the rotor of the blade is running flexibly and reliably, and then turn the wheel by hand. Is the rotation direction of the wheel the same as the direction indicated by the arrow of the machine, whether there is a collision in the crushing chamber, and whether the blade of the power machine and the shredder is well lubricated. During work, pay attention to the operation of the shredder blades at any time. If noise, vibration, high temperature of the bearing and the body are found, and outward spraying, etc., stop the inspection in time. After the shredder is started, let it idle for two minutes to ensure that the motor starts normally. During the feeding process, it should be kept as uniform as possible to avoid overloading the equipment caused by centralized feeding.
