Tire shredder processes whole tires into rough shreds for disposal or further processing to Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA), Tire Derived Fuel (TDF), or feed stock for crumb rubber applications.

Yuxi primary shredders are the workhorse of the industry. They process off road tires right down to passenger tires. Larger off road tires may have to be pre-cut or debeaded before processing.

They process whole tires into rough shreds for disposal. These rough shreds can then be fed to chipping shredders to supply specifically sized chips in high production applications for Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA) or Tire Derived Fuel (TDF).

With the addition of a disc screen, the first Shredder are often wont to produce 4 to six inch chips sized for Stage 2 processing in Crumb Rubber applications.
