The dust collector of metal crusher is divided into the following production methods

1. Pulse dust collector
The dust collector is an indispensable item in the complete configuration of the metal crusher equipment. In order to protect the personal health of the workers and improve the production efficiency, the dust collector is inseparable. The pulse dust collector is for import and export of materials with a large concentration of sediment From the air inlet, it enters the middle box equipped with several dust-removing cloth bags, and is purified by the dust-removing filter bag gas, and the dust is separated on the outer surface of the dust-removing filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box of the pulse dust collector through the pipeline and is discharged through the exhaust port. The advantages of using a pulse dust collector for metal crusher equipment are that it has large processing air volume, good dust removal effect, high dust removal efficiency, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.

2. Bag-type dust removal
a. Mostly bag-type dust collectors refer to dust-removing equipment that uses fiber filter bags to collect dust. The outstanding advantages of bag-type dust collectors are high dust removal efficiency, and the dust removal efficiency is generally 99%. Stable operation, not affected by the fluctuation of air volume, strong adaptability, not limited by the specific resistance value of dust. The bag-type dust collector adopts a high-pressure fan to blow back the dust, which is not restricted by the air source conditions, and uses the resistance to automatically control the back-blowing dust to save energy and extend the life of the bag. The application of the bag filter in the metal crusher is when the temperature is in the safe range of 100-180°C, the flue gas comes out through the cyclone separator, separates the large particle dust and then passes through the bag filter, more than 90% The dust will be trapped in the dust collector and discharged through the ash hopper, and the purified gas will be exhausted by the fan.
b. The bag-type dust collector is installed at the corner of the metal crusher and belt conveyor. According to the characteristics of the dust, the water-repellent and oil-proof filter material is used. The dust collector is arranged in the open air, and its shell is insulated and waterproofed. In order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment, the brand and specifications should be paid attention to when purchasing the key accessories of the bag filter to reduce the failure rate of the equipment. Improve the technological layout of the bag dust collector, arrange the dust collector of the stone crusher according to the direction of the belt conveyor; transform the standard ash hopper of the bag dust collector into a double ash bucket structure, thus eliminating the screw conveyor and raising the bag Type dust collector, which is conducive to the layout of the air inlet pipe (the angle of the air pipe is large); the air inlet box is provided at the air inlet, so that the dust of the crusher's discharge port directly enters the air inlet box of the dust collector, saving the elbow and reducing the system Resistance improves dust collection efficiency. The process layout of the ash bucket lock adopts a single-layer flap valve, eliminating the division wheel feeder and its motor, reducing secondary dust and improving the dust removal effect.
