There will be strong vibration and some noise during production. These are inevitable, do we have
What method makes it less noisy? How to solve this problem?
First of all, in terms of operation, precautions for the operation of the shredder: After starting, the material is allowed to be fed evenly and continuously until the equipment reaches normal operation. Pay attention to the speed of motor, thresher, sound and bearing temperature during operation. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, the sleeve of the clothes should be tight, and wear a mask and a working cap.
When feeding, pay attention to whether there are hard objects such as stones, sickles, tool screws, etc. in the grain, so as not to damage the equipment and cause personal accidents.
The shredder equipment is not allowed to hang belt, oil, clean and troubleshoot. There is also inspection, first check whether the rotor bearing box bolts are loose, and then check whether the weight of each group of hammer heads is symmetrically divergent. For hammer boring, you should grind down the corresponding hammer head boring parts, if the speed is not enough, first check whether the voltage is too low, and then check the wire number
Whether it is too small, the second is to see if the overfeed can be uneven.
1. The nut of the shredder blade should be properly tightened when it is installed. Over-saw blades will slip during rotary cutting. Over-tight blades will cause internal injuries or deformations that affect the cutting effect.
2. Regularly check the radial runout of the machine's main shaft and the amplitude of the swing to ensure that the slits of the shredder blade coincide with each other.
3. The operator must bring protective equipment and check whether the protective cover of the saw machine is intact before cutting.
4. The blade of the shredder should be idle for 30 seconds after the installation is stable, and then start the cutting work after it is determined to be normal.
5. The alloy head of the shredder has a sharp and sensitive cutting edge, so during the movement, installation and disassembly of the blade, care must be taken to protect the alloy head from damage.
6. The debris on the main shaft and flange must be installed before the shredder blade is installed. The flange surface should be flat, clean and perpendicular to the shaft.
