Technological process of scrap steel shredder equipment:

The production line is composed of feed conveyor—host—discharge conveyor—magnetic separator conveyor—distributor conveyor—dust removal—operating cabinet. The material from the scrap steel shredder equipment passes through the vibration conveyor, belt conveyor, and magnetic force separation system to separate iron and other materials and send them to the piles by their respective conveyors. Non-ferrous metals and non-metals will be sorted by the magnetic separation equipment on the conveyor again, and free iron metals will be sorted out to improve the iron metal. The recovery rate of materials can be improved by manually selecting non-ferrous metals. The entire production line is controlled by PCL to realize microcomputer control and manual operation.
