Scrap crusher is a machine that uses high-speed rotating hammer head installed in the shell to crush materials by impact force. The rotor is the primary operation component of the scrap steel crusher. The main shaft is an important part supporting the rotor. Metal crusher accepts a large cyclic impact force. Therefore, the material of the main shaft is required to have high strength and endurance. Bearing. The general single-rotor scrap steel crusher is equipped with double-row radial spherical roller bearing support that can work normally under high-speed conditions and has low conflict force. The balance (static balance and dynamic balance) requirements of the rotor equipment of the scrap steel crusher are relatively high, because when the rotor part has a small partial pain, the large periodic inertial force generated by it acts on the bearing, which can cause Intense mechanical oscillations accelerate bearing wear. In practice, the reasons for the early failure of the bearing after investigation and analysis are summarized as follows.
1. The original condition is using the metal crusher manufactured by our factory as an example. The main shaft of this machine is 45# steel after tempering and heat treatment, and 3628 double-row radial spherical roller bearing is optional. After the equipment is produced normally, the bearing temperature often rises suddenly (the temperature exceeds 80 degrees). It is accompanied by mechanical noise, which affects the normal production. At the beginning, shutdown cooling and intermittent operation were adopted to maintain the equipment has not been able to operate normally after more than one month of production. It had to be shut down to check. During the maintenance, it was found that the bearing inner ring and the main shaft cooperative journal occurred adhesion (adhesion) wear and severe. The journal of the adhesive part is torn and peeled. Two sets of rotor assemblies supplied by the original manufacturer have been replaced one after another, but after replacing the new bearings, the above-mentioned phenomenon appears similarly between the phases.
2. The possibility of investigation The first suspect is that the above problems are caused by the rotor imbalance and the inertial force, but the rotor key head wear is small and uniform, the static balance is good, and there is no great oscillation during the operation. The inspection found that the grease in the bearing seat was dry and failed. It is suspected that the failure of the grease due to excessive temperature caused the bearing to overheat and burned. Therefore, in the future, we will focus on strengthening the smooth handling of bearings, refining grease regularly and quantitatively, and the application period will be slightly improved, but it has not been useful to avoid the repeated occurrence of the phenomenon of journal adhesion surface damage. After all, the analysis may be due to the improper composition of the bearing equipment.
3. Analysis conclusion Because the rotor of the crusher receives heavy impact load, the bearing generates heat during conflict, which makes the temperature of the inner ring of the bearing higher than the temperature of the journal that cooperates with it, and loosens the cooperation of the inner ring of the bearing with the journal due to thermal expansion. In practice, due to the different changes in the temperature rise of the bearing inner ring and the journal, the nature of cooperation in each period has also continuously changed. The cooperation between the bearing inner ring and the journal at the beginning (about 1 hour) is an interference cooperation, the initial operation (about 2 hours) is a gap cooperation, and the later operation (about 2 hours) is a transition cooperation. Therefore, the public service cooperation selected in the original plan is likely to cause the bearing to expand due to conflict and heat. In the initial operation, the inner ring and the journal slide relative to each other in about 1 to 2 hours, and the inner ring has a "creeping" phenomenon on the oil neck cooperation surface. The cooperative journal is subject to high variable load stress, and the metal surface is peeled due to fatigue, which eventually leads to early bearing failure and journal wear and tear.
