The tire crusher is a kind of equipment specially used to crush waste tires. The built-in structure of it is as follows:
(1) The rotor of the motor is not concentric with the rotor of the crusher. The position of the motor can be moved left or right, or a pad can be added under the foot of the motor to adjust the concentricity of the two rotors.
(2) The rotor of the tire crusher is not concentric. The reason is that the two bearing surfaces supporting the rotor shaft are not in the same plane. Copper skin can be placed on the bottom surface of the bearing housing, or an adjustable wedge iron can be added to the bottom of the bearing to ensure that the two shaft heads are concentric.
(3) The vibration of the crushing chamber is large. The reason is that the coupling between the coupling and the rotor is not concentric or the quality of the flat hammer inside the rotor is uneven. Corresponding methods can be adopted to adjust the coupling between the coupling and the motor according to different types of couplings: when the quality of the hammers is uneven, each group of hammers must be re-selected to make the symmetrical hammers and the symmetrical hammers The chip error is less than 5G.
(4) The original balance was destroyed. After the motor is repaired, a dynamic balance test must be done to ensure the overall balance.
(5) The anchor bolts of the crusher system are loose or the foundation is not strong. During installation or maintenance, the anchor bolts should be evenly tightened. Between the anchor foundation and the tire crusher, a shock absorber should be installed to reduce vibration.
(6) There are hard debris in the broken or crushed hammer. These will cause the rotor to rotate unbalanced, and cause the whole machine to vibrate. Therefore, regular inspections are required for hammers with severe wear. When replacing, it should be replaced symmetrically; the abnormal sound that occurs during the operation of the crusher should be stopped immediately to check and find the cause and deal with it in time.
(7) The connection between the tire crusher system and other equipment does not match. For example, improper connection of feed pipe and discharge pipe will cause vibration and noise. Therefore, it is not suitable to use hard connection for these connection parts, and it is better to use soft connection.
