Operating Skills of Double Shaft Shredder to Reduce Wear

1. After the dual-shaft shredder is turned on, it can be put into production after it is confirmed to be correct.
2. When the dual-shaft shredder is put into production, materials should be added evenly to avoid equipment overload or blockage.
3. The temperature rise of the bearing of the twin shaft shredder does not exceed 35°C, and the high temperature does not exceed 70°C. If it exceeds 70°C, it should be shut down immediately to find out the cause and eliminate it.
4. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped first, and the motor can only be turned off after the crushed objects in the crushing cavity are completely discharged.
5. During the crushing, if the material in the crushing chamber is blocked to stop, the motor should be turned off immediately, and the material must be cleaned before restarting.
6. After one end of the hammer plate of the biaxial shredder is worn, the adjustable head can be used.
