Shredder manufacturers share proofing methods for shredder spindles

The proofreading requirements of the main shaft of the shredder use a press, a four-jaw chuck, a base support frame, etc. The proofreading methods of the main shaft are as follows:

1. Use a press to calibrate the fourth section of the spindle, mainly use a four-jaw chuck to clamp the fifth section, select the base frame support structure to support the third section, and align the fourth section of the base;

2. Second, hit the base eye, then use the thimble to hold it down, remove the base frame, the first and third sections of the fine car list, there are some rough car spaces;

3.Ultimately, the main shaft is changed for processing. The four-jaw chuck is used to clamp the first section, and the base frame support structure is used to support the fifth section, and the fourth section of the base is aligned. Hit the base eye, then hold it with a thimble, remove the base frame, the fifth section of the fine car, there are some rough cars.
