Causes and solutions of common small faults in metal shredders
　　1. Cantilever parts. After disassembly, it was found that the sliding bearing of the cantilever shaft was dead, and there was a large amount of sludge in the cantilever shaft cavity. The reason is that the gap of the air outlet is large, and the air pressure in the inner space of the cantilever shaft is lower than that in the grinding chamber, so that the dust enters the cantilever chamber.
　　2. Milling cavity. After stopping, the milling chamber was opened, and the manual disc found that some rollers did not rotate when rotating, and that the roller and the grinding ring collapsed. The analysis was caused by poor lubrication of the roller bearings.
　　3. In order to ensure that the force of each pin is uniform, the pin holes of the motor wheel and the compressor flywheel need to be reprocessed.
　 4. Ensure the assembly accuracy of the coupling and the concentricity requirements of the motor and compressor, formulate a reasonable disassembly and assembly plan, and use a torque wrench to evenly lock the stud.
