Shredder is the key equipment in the acquisition of various scrap metal raw materials. The equipment includes: large torque motor, crushing shell, conveyor belt, eddy current sorting equipment, automatic feeder, etc. Mechanical equipment and equipment cooperate with each other in specific production and manufacture to form a production line. Because mechanical equipment and equipment have been operating in extreme environments for a long time, long-term shutdown, and the change of application time, the embrittlement of the shredder's parts, etc. are gradually generated, equipment problems occur, and it is very easy to cause the shredder next time Start-up failures must be prevented in advance for customers.

1. Carry out the entire equipment cleaning work on the equipment on time, spraying or other methods to prevent rust on the exposed metal materials. For the components that are not treated in time, we must do a good job in gas barrier, moisture and waterproof work.
2. During the shutdown period of the shredder storage period, let the shredder operate once at least 15 days to ensure that the bearings and spindle bearings are properly lubricated. If the shredder cannot be actually operated during the entire storage process, you must manually rotate the shredder water pump flywheel 3 to 4 times, and if necessary, add grease to the bearings.
3. After the entire equipment is cleaned, in order to prevent dust, dirt and water from entering the equipment, it must be covered with plastic film. The surface of the bearing seat on the sound card rack and the sound card rack, toggle plate contact surface, and support rod holes are also There should be coated additives (characteristics: liquid, colloidal solution).
4. A part of the removed components of the shredder should be stored on a firm support frame to ensure the safety and uniformity of storage, and to avoid moisture and corrosion.

Once the shredder breaks down, production must be stopped for maintenance, and parts must be replaced in serious cases, which will increase the application cost of the equipment.
