The main purpose of the reducer in the waste shredder is to reduce the speed and increase the torque. In the shredder working accessories, the speed decreases and the output torque increases. Deceleration reduces the inertia of the load. The reduction in inertia is the reduction ratio. Therefore, the combination of shredder and reducer enables the shredder to have low torque and high torque, which improves production efficiency. The torque output ratio is multiplied by the motor output (but cannot exceed the torque)
The essentials of shredder reducer that need to be replaced:
1. Unscrew the screws on the outside of the flange flange of the reducer, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system, align the side holes with the dust-proof holes, and pierce the inner hexagon and tighten. Then, remove the motor shaft key;
2. Connect the motor to the gearbox naturally. When connecting, ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the input shaft of the motor, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. Because the heart cannot work together, it will cause the motor shaft to break or reducer gear wear;
3. Before the equipment, confirm whether the motor and reducer of the double-shaft shredder are intact, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected to the motor and reducer match. The following are the dimensions of the positioning boss of the motor, the input shaft and the groove of the reducer.
The double shaft shredder reducer has high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, superior performance and high precision.
