1. The choice of shredder blade

2. Cutting and forging of shredder blade
According to the drawing of the shredder blade, the steel is blanked. Generally, a laser cutting machine is used for blanking. During the forging process, the rough material must be inspected for flaw detection. 3. Tempering of shredder blade

4. Primary processing of shredder blades

5. Heat treatment of shredder blade

6. Surface grinding of shredder blade
Surface grinding is performed on the shredder blades that have been processed. Surface grinding is mainly to remove surface impurities. Try to put a 0.3mm margin during the surface grinding process to reduce the workload of Jingmo. Surface grinding is processed on a grinder, and the surface should be polished before wire cutting can be performed.
7. Shredder blade line cutting
During the wire cutting process, the wire should not be moved too fast, and it should be perpendicular to the plane. When the inner hole is wire cut, it should be processed according to the dimensions provided in the drawing, so as to avoid later use and affect the installation of the equipment.
